Welcome to Animal Response Foundation, Inc.
ARF, Inc was created in May 2015 to aid animal victims of cruelty, neglect and disasters by providing assistance in W. TN when invited in by law enforcement to aid in animal handling during animal cruelty seizures and disasters, emergency animal transportation and emergency animal sheltering. We also work to provide educational opportunities to animal shelters, law enforcement and the public regarding both large (horse) and small (dog and cat) animal handling and emergency preparedness in disaster and emergency situations.

ARF is run by volunteers and donations to ARF are tax-deductible. 100% of your donations go to the animals so you know that each dollar is well spent. We go the distance for each animal in our care whether it be severe medical problems, severe trust issues or even a down horse needing an Anderson Sling to stand up.
